As Congress and Trump start work on tax reform, BPC has put out an interesting paper laying out issues for consideration on so-called “pass-through” entities, which include S Corporations, LLCs and partnerships. Pass-throughs are a key piece of tax reform and several design questions will need to be answered. BPC’s paper speaks to those design questions.
